After all those years back in the studio re-recording her original songs so she could own her own music, there came a surprise twist.

She just bought back all the originals.

We are now in the Taylor Swift owner era as fas as I can tell.

“I’ve been bursting into tears of joy at random intervals ever since I found out that this is really happening,” she wrote on Instagram. “I really get to say these words: All of the music I’ve ever made ... now belongs ... to me.”

She was able to buy back her first 6 albums from Shamrock Capital with no strings attached. It’s unclear how much she paid for her self-titled debut, Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989 and Reputation, but the rumors are in the neighborhood of $300 million.

I’m sure she’s grateful you bought a t-shirt at her last concert.
