Have you ever decided to make a healthy change in your life . . . but purposely HELD OFF on starting until January 1st, so you could make it a New Year’s Resolution? Which you then bailed on just three weeks later?
Well, now you don’t have to wait until the New Year to experience that failure.
There’s a HUGE trend on social media right now called "The Great Lock-In" . . . and the idea is similar: You commit to making a change NOW, and carrying it through to the end of the year.
It’s supposed to be a way of “fully hyper-focusing on a task, goal, or activity” . . . across the final 100-plus days of 2025.
It doesn’t have to be a traditional “resolution.” It’s just meant to be a way to shake off the summer laziness, and “lock in” on success for the next few months.
